Fujian - Knitted fabric maker China Taisan is hoping to raise up to S$65.6 million (US$50 million) from a secondary flotation, this time on the Taiwan stock exchange as barriers between the island and the mainland continue to soften.
The firm, which makes a range of knitted performance fabrics for sportswear makers such as Nike, Umbro and Adidas is offering shares at around S$0.24 each and says it will use the funds for working capital and further growth through the purchase of new equipment.
