Hong Kong - The third edition of Cashmere World, described by organisers as the only trade fair dedicated to cashmere and other fine fibres, opens this week in Hong Kong amid an atmosphere of high prices and uncertainty over supply issues.
With the continuing tight supply of cashmere keeping prices high, with production of raw cashmere in China apparently stabilised at a lower level than three years ago, industry observers are keen to see how the event will fare in terms of visitor numbers and exhibitor satisfaction.
