Zurich - The latest statistics show a gloomy period for South America's fabric manufacturing industry in the third quarter of 2014 with production falling by 11.4% compared to the previous year. However, there was some cause for optimism with fabric orders in the same quarter increasing by 5.7% in Brazil compared to the previous quarter, while they fell by 3.4% in Europe during the same period.
