Brescia - Italian sock knitting machine builder Busi Giovanni has been awarded a European patent for its Twin Layer model.
The patent award, for a device that is integrated into the dial itself, follows the establishment of the Twin Layer as the only single-cylinder sock-knitting machine capable of producing two fabric layers at the same time (with the ability to use different yarns).
