Neukirchen - Lauma Fabrics, one of eastern Europe?s largest manufacturers of knitted fabrics, lace and narrow fabrics has acquired 100 per cent of Elastic Textile Europe as well as a 51 per cent stake in its dye house Elastic & Weskott.

Knitting Trade Journal reported in January that the acquisition of Germany?s ETE by Latvia-based Lauma Fabrics, which is a major supplier to the intimate apparel market in Russia and other eastern European counties, was imminent.
