Neukirchen ? Following a year of delays, Lauma Fabrics, one of Eastern Europe?s largest manufacturers of warp knitted fabrics, lace and narrow fabrics has finally acquired 100 per cent of Elastic Textile Europe as well as a 51 per cent stake in its dye house Elastic & Weskott.

The acquisition of Germany?s ETE by Latvia-based Lauma Fabrics, which is a major supplier to the intimate apparel market in Russia and other eastern European counties, was announced over a year ago, then delayed as a result of the German company going into administration
