Spaichingen, Germany – Mayer & Cie has entered into a joint venture agreement with
GCI Automotive Holding in which GCI will acquire a majority stake in
Maschinenfabrik Spaichingen GmbH, Mayer & Cie’s automotive components business.
Financial details were not disclosed.
