Winston-Salem - Hanesbrands has teamed up with circular solutions provider the Renewal Workshop to upcycle discarded clothing and textiles, which would otherwise go to landfill, into repurposed garments.
The partnership will help extend the lifespan of the Champion Athleticwear brand’s apparel and reduce waste, while supporting the “Be Your Own Champion” campaign. The resulting collection, Champion Renewed, will be made with the repurposed sweatshirts.
