ATLANTA - The 2021 edition of Techtextil North America is now accepting abstracts for the highly acclaimed Techtextil North America Symposium and additional educational features including Tech Talks, The Lab, and The Student Research Poster Program.

The event will be held from August 23 - 25, 2021 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Techtextil North America Symposium

The Techtextil North America Symposium will provide the latest research and technology across verticals – with insights into textile industry trends, challenges brought on by emerging technology and how to keep stride in an ever-changing, global business landscape. It will explore advancements throughout the supply chain and address the industry’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The highly acclaimed Symposium will feature seven paid sessions featuring presentations and discussions with academia and industry experts on the following topics:

  •  Reinventing the Supply Chain
  •  Digital Transformation
  •  Sustainability in Laundering and Textile Care
  •  Circular Economy
  •  Fabric and Materials ID
  •  Government Laws and Regulations

For students with research in technical textiles, nonwovens or a related field, the Student Research Poster Program is also now open for applications. Techtextil North America invites students perusing their undergraduate, graduate, or Ph.D. degrees to submit unpublished, technical research to be considered for this opportunity to present their findings on the show floor among industry professionals.
