Dormagen - Asahi Kasei is to end the production and sales of its Roica stretch fibre at European subsidiary, Asahi Kasei Spandex Europe, which is based in Dormagen, Germany.
The move follows a decision by the Japanese Group to restructure its production strategy in order to face what the company calls, the "new, unexpected and critical market situation".
