Reutlingen - Stoll demonstrated its latest machines capable of producing knitted footwear at this week's Futurmoda exhibition in Spain.
Held from 16 - 17 October 2019, Futurmoda is a key exhibition for leather and footwear industries., including shoe machinery and technology, skins and leather, design and pattern, synthetics, supplies, chemicals and premade products.
At the show, in Hall A, Booth A27, Stoll demonstrated two CMS 330 TT sport BW machines in gauge E7.2, a range of machines that is ideal for the production of knitted footwear.
"An important factor of the sportswear and leisurewear industry is the optimal combination of functionality and product aesthetics," says Stoll. "Knitwear used for sports items needs to fulfill high demands: suitable yarns, physiological wearing properties, special characteristics in construction like compression and stretch features or electrical conductivity in materials demanding computing characteristics.
"The usage of elastic, conductive, rigid and coated yarns during various Stoll plating, intarsia and weave-in knitting operations trigger your product development in terms of variety, design and innovation and ensures high production performance at the same time."
