Brescia - Italian sock knitting machinery specialist Busi has officially reopened its new training centre, named and built in honour of the late Gianmario Busi.
Located at the company's headquarters, the training room was officially inaugurated just prior to the Covid-19 outbreak and was therefore unable to welcome customers during the subsequent lockdowns.
Busi Giovanni managing director Catina Busi has now confirmed that the facility, which offers specialist user learning and training experiences to the company's global customer base is now operational again.
The training centre also allows customers and other visitors the opportunity to explore and acquire the key technical skills and expertise on Busi's latest unique technology such as single-cylinder sock-knitting machines with latch needles in the dial. It also enables clients to deepen and strengthen their knowledge of both hardware (mechanical and electronic parts) and software (Art-Gen and Control Tower) for Busi machines.
Further benefits include the opportunities to improve and increase the operating performances for experienced technicians, and, for less experienced ones, to deal with circular knitting machines which will be located inside the training room.
"We strongly believe in the power of learning and of keeping up-to-date, two main goals which are a must-do for Busi first and also for you, your sales-team as well as technical staff," Catina Busi said at the time of the initial opening. "All the above mentioned for the sake of getting the utmost knitting solutions in terms of new product development and higher productivity, and thus enhancing our collaboration for mutual benefits and growth. We look forward to welcoming you soon in our premises to experience that!"
