Beijing - A series of seminars at this October?s Cashmere World exhibition will address a range of issues currently affecting the industry including the standardisation of cashmere quality and how China?s grading system can tackle quality issues.
Likely to be up for discussion will be Technical Requirements for Grade Classification of Cashmere Products, the cashmere grading system unveiled by Chinese authorities in 2010 which aims to increase the transparency and credibility of the cashmere end market, and protect and cultivate value and upgrade cashmere for the end consumer.
