Istanbul - Groz Beckert has developed a new system to help its customers better understand how the different settings on a knitting machine and the use of certain elements and ancillary equipment can have a drastic effect on machine efficiency while also helping to reduce operating costs.
Called simply ?Productivity?, the process was launched at last week?s ITM Texpo Eurasia exhibition to illustrate to knitting mills how making small changes and adjustments to parameters such as machine rpm, oil usage and needle types etc can significantly impact a company?s overall output and profitability over the course of a 12 month period.
