Lenzing gets 100% biobased label for Tencel

Lenzing ? In a significant new development for US brands and textile mills looking to source fabrics that meet the US biopreferred program recently backed by President Obama, Lenzing has been awarded the USDA biobased product label for its Tencel AF100 and LF fibres, writes John Mowbray. This means Lenzing can now use the 100% BioBased label on all of its Tencel products including Tencel A100, LF and Tencel lyocell.
