Turkey proving strong market for tricot machines

Obertshausen - Indications of a resurgent knitting sector in Turkey look set to continue with warp knitting machine builder Karl Mayer confirming it has sold more than 100 of its three-bar high-speed tricot machines in the country last year.
Discussions with a number of circular knitting machine builders at June?s ITMA Asia exhibition identified definite signs of revitalised weft knitting market in the Turkey with the latest news from Karl Mayer showing that this much needed positivity is also apparent in the warp knitting sector.
