Karl Mayer rebrands Liba following takeover

Obertshausen - Karl Mayer?s integration of fellow warp knitting machine builder Liba is gathering pace with the latter now officially rebranded as a member of the Karl Mayer Group.
Karl Mayer acquired a majority stake in Liba Maschinenfabrik at the beginning of January, a move which will eventually see the two firms integrate their development, manufacturing and delivery of warp knitting and technical textile machinery.
