Unifi eyes deal for Central American spinning firms

Greensboro - Unifi, Inc. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to form a joint venture in Guatemala.
The speciality textured yarn supplier has come to an agreement with the owners of Complast S.A. and Technologia Textil Avanzada (TTA), both of which are recycling, spinning and texturing companies in Guatemala.
