Lenzing aiming to banish discoloration in knits

Lenzing – Lenzing has introduced a new processing solution that mitigates the yellowing of knitted garments and fabrics made with wood-based cellulosic fibres during high-temperature production processes.
With an initial rollout that is targeting seamless lingerie and innerwear, followed by outerwear and ready-to-wear garments, the solution is said to be the first in the industry to address the technical challenge during the garment molding process.
