Advansa and Asia Pacific to launch ‘biodegradable’ fibre

Hamm - Advansa and Asia Pacific Fibers (APF) will launch their new, jointly developed fibre made from recycled plastic bottles at next month's Performance Days exhibition.
Branded as Remotion and targeted at the manufacture of knitted fabrics for the sports and activewear sectors, the fibre is said to be biodegradable with the fibres breaking-down in marine and landfill environments.
