New recycled polyester yarn from Unifi

Greensboro – Textured yarn supplier Unifi has developed two new variants of recycled polyester yarn, both of which will have applications in the knitting sector.
Made from 100% recycled polyester feedstock, with at least 50% textile waste, the two new products – a white-dyeable filament yarn and ThermaLoop insulation material, are both said to achieve virgin-quality standards.
