Yarn Expo Spring 2026 to spotlight synthetic yarn innovation

Shanghai - The global synthetic yarn market is on course to reach US$287 billion by 2030, expanding at around 4% annually between 2024 and 2030, as producers capitalise on cost efficiency and broad performance versatility in multiple end-use sectors.
For knitwear manufacturers, this momentum is increasingly tied to advances in sustainable, high-performance fibres for sportswear, medical textiles and interior applications, many of which will headline at Yarn Expo Spring 2026 in Shanghai.
