Italian machinery builders prepare for ITMA 2027 as ACIMIT urges stable industrial policies, greener technology and closer links with skills and research

Milan - Italian textile machinery manufacturers are stepping up innovation and sustainability efforts as they navigate a weaker global manufacturing environment and prepare for ITMA 2027 in Hanover.

ACIMIT, the Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers, used its General Assembly in Milan on 1 July to underline the sector’s strategic focus on high-value technology, energy-efficient systems and internationalisation programmes.
