Circular knitter now offers a global supply-chain footprint, including US and nearshore production, to support tariff management and faster delivery

High Point – US circular knitter Culp has reported higher fourth-quarter sales and improved margins for its fiscal 2026 year end, with mattress ticking outperforming upholstery and management pointing to restructuring savings, tariff refunds and supply-chain flexibility as key supports.

The North Carolina-based company said fourth-quarter consolidated net sales rose 5.8% year on year to $51.6 million, while full-year sales fell 4.6% to $203.5 million. The business, which supplies mattress fabrics and upholstery fabrics to bedding and furniture customers, also said it entered fiscal 2027 with over $20 million in annualised savings, efficiencies and pricing actions.
