Mayer & Cie is extending its premium circular knitting range with additional fine-gauge and rib conversion options

Albstadt - The latest developments from Mayer & Cie Global underline the company’s focus on fine-gauge interlock and cost-efficient single jersey production, with new options on its OV 3.2 QCe double jersey machine and the first MSC 3.2 III single jersey models now shipping from China.

The OV 3.2 QCe, a double jersey circular knitting machine for interlock structures, was recently shown at ITM 2026 in Istanbul in gauge 40G, reflecting growing global demand for very fine double jersey fabrics in Turkey and other key knitting markets.
