Knitting giant sharpening its focus on premium synthetic fabrics and Vietnam-based capacity as it navigates tariffs and rising costs

Hong Kong  - Pacific Textiles, one of Hong Kong’s largest circular and warp knitted fabric manufacturers, is stepping up investment in premium functional knitted fabrics and Vietnam-based production capacity as it responds to shifting global sourcing strategies and a more demanding regulatory and sustainability marketplace.

The group, which manufactures high quality cotton and synthetic knitted fabrics mostly in China and Vietnam, is positioning functional synthetic fabrics as a core growth business for sportswear, athleisure and non‑apparel applications.
