Lenzing to raise US$1b to fund growth plan

Vienna - Lenzing is planning to raise up US$1 billion (?741 million) through the sale of new and existing shares.
The sale is intended to provide some of the capital required for the company?s ?1.5 billion international investment program that will see the construction of new plants capacity expansion in Austria as well as key markets such as China, India and Indonesia over the next four years.
