Hanesbrands strikes yarn supply deal

Greensboro ? US-based yarn maker Unifi Inc. has entered into a new yarn purchase agreement with apparel maker Hanesbrands Inc. The agreement will expire at the end of 2013 and extends an existing one from 2009.
