Wolford maintains Austrian seamless knitting programme

Wolford reports lower first-half sales but a markedly improved operating result as it focuses on Austrian production and operational efficiency

Bregenz – Luxury legwear and bodywear specialist Wolford has reaffirmed that its core seamless circular knitting technology will remain in Austria as part of a wider turnaround programme intended to improve product availability, delivery reliability and profitability.

The Austrian group reported revenue of €31.0 million for the first half of 2026, down 6% year on year, while EBIT improved by 55% to a loss of €10.2 million.
