Portland ? Crailar Technologies is to postpone the completion of a fully integrated facility in South Carolina until it exceeds the capacity of its new European facility or a strategic partner desires a dedicated facility and supports the US$14 million construction project in South Carolina.
The announcement follows the completion of a deal to acquire a new European fibre dyeing facility, a move which the company says gives its complete operational control of the processing of its proprietary fibre technology.
