Obertshausen - Warp knitting machine builder Karl Mayer has launched the MT 51/1/32 which, described as the flagship of the new Multibar Textronic Lace series, could give new impetus to the lace market, both economically and technically. The raschel machine is also said to offer an exceptionally high level of performance for a low investment outlay, therefore enabling lace, with its characteristic relief-like designs, to be produced competitively.
