Record high for Sri Lanka apparel exports

Colombo - Despite calls toÂ move towards a more vertically integrated RMG production chain, which includesÂ the construction of more spinning and knitting mills, Sri Lanka's apparel exports hit a record high in 2017, reaching US$4.8 billion.
