Dogi to sell overseas units

El Masnou - Elastic fabric manufacturer Dogi is to sell off
two of its overseas units as it looks to complete its restructuring exercise
and claw back much needed revenue.

The Spanish unit of Dogi Group, which makes stretch fabrics
and specialises in lingerie, swimwear and sportswear, recently emerged from
insolvency after a majority of its creditors approved its turnaround plan.
