Machinery builder hosts Woolmark and Australian woolgrowers to explore new use of wool in advanced knit applications

Cixing

Tongxiang – Chinese knitting technology group CIXING welcomed representatives from Woolmark and a delegation of Australian woolgrowers to its Tongxiang Research Institute in China this week, as part of its strategy to strengthen links between fibre production, yarn development and knitting technology.

The visit followed an earlier exchange between the organisations and focused on the use of high-quality wool fibres in advanced flat knitting production.
