Dobotex acquired by sportswear giant

HERTOGENBOSCH - Athletic apparel giant Puma
AG is to take a majority stake in Dutch sock and bodywear maker Dobotex,
subject to regulatory clearance, from the beginning of 2009. Financial terms of
the deal were not disclosed.
