Istanbul - Karl Mayer has reported a stronger than expected response to its participation at ITM 2026 in Istanbul, citing solid project discussions and sustained interest in warp knitting, technical textiles and warp preparation solutions despite inflationary pressures and cost competition in Turkey’s textile industry.

Karl Mayer says the show underlined that its competitive edge in markets such as Turkey lies less in price and more in machine performance, application support and local service.
