New Zalando t-shirt collection uses a blend of organic cotton and Re&Up’s textile-to-textile recycled fibre

RE&UP Next-Gen Cotton

Eindhoven – Online fashion retailer Zalando has moved Re&Up’s next‑gen cotton from pilot to private‑label production, launching a five‑style t‑shirt range in circular knitted fabric blending 80% organic cotton with 20% recycled fibre from pre‑ and post‑consumer textile waste.

The range, which went live on Zalando in August, sits under the retailer’s Yourturn and Even&Odd private labels and is positioned as an entry‑price, quality‑led testbed for next‑generation materials. Each style uses a circular knit construction, aligning the initiative closely with knitting and garment manufacturing supply chains.
