Unifi launches dual-function yarn for performance knits

Filament spun hybrid yarn and expanded water-resistance technology aimed at performance apparel, footwear, furnishings and technical textiles

Greensboro – Textured yarn supplier Unifi has launched Cofira, a yarn that is said to combines spun yarn aesthetics with filament yarn functionality in a single construction.

The company has also introduced Resist2O Pro, an expanded water-resistant technology designed for use across different fabric-formation routes.
