Segrate - Shima Seiki Italia will hold an Open House event at its headquarters in Segrate near Milan later this month to showcase the latest WholeGarment and SRY flat knitting technology. The 'School of Knit' will take place from 28-29th May 2015.
Machines on show will include the Mach2X173 in 18L gauge capability whereby a special large-hook version of the SlideNeedle is used for knitting 15-gauge fabrics at 18-gauge needle pitch for very high productivity when knitting ultrafine gauge garments.
