Acquisition gives Parkdale full ownership of a polyester and nylon additive designed to reduce the environmental persistence of microplastic fibres

Gastonia - Parkdale Advanced Materials, a subsidiary of Parkdale, has acquired full ownership of CiCLO technology, a patented additive integrated into polyester and nylon during extrusion or spinning.

The deal expands Parkdale’s polymer and fibre portfolio and is intended to support further development across knitted textile and related industrial markets.
